Kent Island Crab Cakes is a family owned gourment seafood processing company that opened for business June 6, 2009. It's roots go back to the early 1980's when Ron and Margie Kauffman returned to Marylaand where they were blessed to have been born and raised in the watershed of the Chesapeake Bay - the largest estuaryinthe United States.
