About Us

Highfield Bread Oven breads are handmade from all natural ingredients with no preservatives or artificial anything. The base for our breads is water, flour, salt, and yeast. Most contain a proportion of whole grain flour and many contain other wholesome ingredients, like cracked grain, dried fruits, nuts, and herbs. All of our breads are hand-shaped and baked in a wood fired brick oven.
