About Us

Kilby Cream, Inc. began making their ice cream in 2005. We have expanded to include farm fresh milk in glass bottles, butter, eggs, and beef. The milk is processed and bottled on the Kilby Farm. The milk does not leave Kilby Cream until it is delivered to our home store in Rising Sun, MD or delivered to our home and wholesale customers throughout the Tri-state area. We make our ice cream using milk from our Cecil County dairy. We are one of only four dairies in the state of Maryland that completes the milk production and bottling and full ice cream making process right on the farm! We listened to our customers and have expanded our products to include Great Harvest Bread from Newark, DE. We offer bacon from John F. Martin & Sons in Lancaster County, PA. We sell farm fresh brown eggs from the free-range and pastured hens at Andy's Eggs and Poultry in Forest Hill, MD. Andy's eggs are antibiotic and pesticide free. They are a natural and local alternative to store bought eggs. We most recently added several varieties of chicken sausage and half chickens from Granova Poultry Partners in Forest Hill, MD. Finally, we now sell 100% natural steak packages of Stafford Angus from Stafford Farm in Cecil County, MD.
